Reflection

Often people quit their faith journey early because everything they’re carrying wears them out. That’s what happens to us when we try to do too much. We need to learn to say “no” to some things that are good because they keep us from doing our best.

Scripture Memory

All of us like sheep have gone astray,
Each of us has turned to his own way;
But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all
To fall on Him.

Isaiah 53.6

But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Matthew 9.13
