Good morning, FBC!
Today is a BIG day! Not only do we get the chance to continue our study on LOVE in the book of 1 Corinthians, but we also send our first group to CAMP! Yes, camp season is underway!
Would you join me today in praying for all of our children who will go to Mt. Lebanon this week? Would you pray for God to do His amazing work in each heart and life? Would you pray that God would use all of our sponsors to love and care for each child? Would you pray for our AMAZING Children’s Minister, Cathy Byrne?
Let’s do our part in asking God to pour into our children this week!

Sunday School Teacher
We have an opening for some Sunday School helpers in our Children’s area. If you are interest, contact Cathy Byrne.
Vacation Bible School
There are many ways to HELP with VBS! We need shepherds to guide children through rotations and helpers to assist with Bible, mission, craft, recreation and snack stations.
VBS PROMOTION
Take a VBS card or two to share with friends and neighbors. Also available are prayer cards.
Music Ministry
Celebration Choir meets Wednesday at 7:00pm in the Sanctuary.
Worship Team meets this Wednesday at 5:15pm in the Sanctuary

Body Recall
Each week (M-W-F) we offer a class that emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The class meets in the FLC at 9 am and is led by

Beloved Ladies
Fellowship and new leadership team meeting on June 9 at 6:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Share your vision for the new year and share a pot luck supper. Last meeting for the summer. Mission out reach for June is collecting items for the Corsicana Troop Support Angels. All items needed for the boxes to troops.List for items needed available in office.
Find a Place to Serve
Good News Cafe
Team members prepare and serve a free hot meal to people in our community, ministering and praying for those who attend.
Meals are served from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Our Good News Café will be taking a break June 19 thru July 10.
Grace Community will be hosting during those weeks.
Good News Clubs
Team members lead Bible clubs for CISD Elementary Schools. Our club for Elementary Schools meets on Tuesdays during the CISD school year. To help, contact Michelle Purifoy @ 214-529-5233.
Greeter Ministry
Team members assist families with check-in, collect information from guests, and help guide visitors to the appropriate group.
Safety Team
Team members work to provide a safe environment for church members during worship services and other church events. This team also provides leadership during emergency situations.
Media/Tech Ministry
Team members help coordinate tech support for worship services. We are currently seeking a member to help operate the lights.
