A Word from the Pastor
Good morning, FBC Family!
What a day God has given us, and what an opportunity to grow in our spiritual lives! Welcome especially to our guests today! We are thrilled that you are here.
This morning, we will continue in our march through the BIG EVENTS and the BIG NAMES in the Old Testament. We have already embraced the stories of David and Goliath, Elijah’s victory on top of Mt Carmel, Moses’ experience at the burning bush, and last week, the incredible moment of the Passover plague! Today, we connect with Samson and the fateful steps he took on the slippery slope to spiritual defeat. Pay careful attention, so you can be saved from the same terrible consequences.
God will speak to us today if we will only listen.

Kids – Be sure to keep coming up on Sundays and Wednesdays! We are having a fun time and are so close to earning that Pizza Party, so don’t miss it! Our sign up for Preteen camp at Mt. Lebanon should be coming out soon, so be watching for it!

Student Ministry News
As we continue in God’s Army, Specialized Training begins tonight and this Wednesday in EDGE as we begin to study Baptist doctrines and the Old and New Covenants! Come and bring a friend!
Beloved Ladies Ministry
Bloom Ladies Spring Tea will be April 7th at 6:00 pm in Family Life Center. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Today is the last day to purchase tickets. Christian, singer, songwriter, Cindy Galliant, will be singing and Marilyn Lee will bring her dynamic message. Dinner will be served. You will be blessed! Hope to see you there.
PURSUING PEACE EFFORTS
The Pursuing Peace assignment is available on the landing outside the Sanctuary. Phase 2 this Wednesday. Please be faithful to participate EVERY SINGLE DAY. Personal Prayer: Focus on Colossians 3:16-17
Bus Ministry
There are two ways to help our bus ministry. First, you can drive a bus on a route. Second, you can pick someone up on your way to church. Don’t let the lack of transportation keep someone from experiencing the blessing of Christian fellowship. To help, contact the Church Office or Stan Osborne.

Each week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we offer a class that emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The class is led by Jimmie Buchanan, our local Body Recall expert.
