This year the retreat will be held at Lakeview Retreat and Conference Center in Waxahachie, Texas.

Dr. Frank Teat is the Senior Pastor of FBC Holland. Frank taught and coached for ten years prior to following the Lord’s call to full-time ministry in 1988. He has served as a Student/Collegiate Minister, Recreational Minister, Educational Minister, and as an Executive Pastor prior to coming to Holland. Frank has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Louisiana Tech University, a Master’s degree in Educational Supervision and Administration from McNeese State University, studied Educational Ministry at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary – where he completed the equivalency of the MACE degree, and he has an earned Ph.D. from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.
Frank is married to his collegiate sweetheart, Carol Beth, and they have two married children, Sara (husband Jared) and Jonathan (wife Skyla), and six incredible grandchildren! In his spare time, Frank enjoys hunting, exercising, playing basketball, reading God’s Word, fiction and theologically oriented books, as well as playing the guitar and singing. He has served as a writer for Lifeway’s Men’s Devotional magazine, “STAND FIRM” since 2014, and continues to serve the Lord through teaching, preaching, and leading worship at Children’s and Student Ministry camps, revivals, and retreats.
