Why offer Children’s Worship?
We want to facilitate worship for the entire family. In general, we encourage parents to allow their children to sit with them during worship. There are several good reasons to make this your practice.
However, sometimes parents may find it hard to worship because their children become distracted. Many times it’s difficult for children to focus on God’s message in a large group setting. We try to make it easier for children to honor God with a commitment of their own by offering a small group setting with a targeted message.
During Kidzpraise children interact with their peers in a small group setting. They sing songs, hear Bible stories, and learn from activities and object lessons. Come to Kidzpraise and begin to honor Jesus with your praise, devotion and sacrifice.
When is Children’s Worship offered?
We provide a children’s worship (Kidzpraise) for children (Kindergarten-2nd Grade) who would like to attend during Worship Service at 10:30.
Children should sit with their parents until the Offering Time. At that point, they may be dismissed for children’s worship. At the conclusion of the Worship Service, your child will be waiting for you in the Children’s Area (4th Floor Education Bldg).
How about younger children?
In addition to Children’s Worship, we offer extended care for preschool children (Birth–Pre-K) during all of our worship services. Parents may check-in 15 minutes before either service in the Preschool Area (2nd Floor Education Bldg).
