A funeral service for Denise Goodrich Nabors will be 11:00am Saturday, December 5, 2020 at First Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, December 4, 2020 at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home.
Denise graduated from Morgan High School in 1987. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Tarleton State University in 1991, and later received her Master’s Degree in Education and shortly thereafter her Administrative Certification.
Denise is survived by mother Margy Cooper, father Ronald Ridings, husband Clyde Nabors, children Ben Goodrich, Lacy Goodrich, and Maya (Casey) Garrett, grandchildren Asher Garrett and Abel Garrett, stepbrother Zack Cooper (Colleen), half brother Joel Carter (Tamara), uncle, Ron Anderson, and aunt, Patsy Hall, and lots of cousins, friends, and students.
She was preceded in death by granddaughter Aubrey Marie Garrett, ex-husband, Bill Goodrich, maternal grandparents, Roy and Vera Anderson, and paternal grandparents, Ed and Altus Ridings, and stepfather, Mack Cooper.
