A Word from the Staff
Mission Fest
Today is Mission Fest and we are grateful you are here. We look forward to hearing from Michael Gott. This morning is a celebration — of the global reach of the gospel, of the ministry that happens in our own community, and of the faithful people who have made it possible.
Honoring the O’Tooles
One of the highlights of this morning is recognizing Bob and Donna O’Toole for more than twenty years of faithful and loving service to this congregation and community. If you would like to leave a card or expression of appreciation, a gift basket is available in the lobby.
Special Church Conference Today
Following the service, we will hold a brief Special Church Conference to vote on a proposed change to our Sunday morning worship schedule. Please plan to stay if you are able. Details on the motion and the voting process are available below.
After the vote, we invite you to join us in the Family Life Center Gym for the Mission Fest lunch — brisket, baked potatoes, and everything that goes with them. It is going to be a great day to be the church together.

You will keep in perfect peace the steadfast of mind, because he trusts in You.

Ministry Opportunities
Welcome Baskets
We prepare baskets with hygiene items, personal essentials, and a devotional for women entering local shelters. Each basket brings practical help and encouragement from God’s Word.
Get Involved: Donate items, help assemble baskets, or pray for the women receiving them.
Good News Café
Every Monday, team members prepare and serve a free hot meal to our community. Volunteers also minister and pray with guests.
Meal service: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Media/Tech Ministry
Team members support worship services by assisting with lights, sound, livestream, and slide presentation. Training is provided.

Ukraine Missions Effort
Ukraine Mission Effort
More than 5 million Ukrainian children have had to flee their homes. Many have witnessed destruction, death, and trauma no child should ever carry. In the Summer of 2026, Michael Gott International will host 4 two-week trauma therapy camps for Ukrainian children aged 12 – 16 in the quiet mountains of Northwest Bulgaria—far from the war zone, far from the noise—an opportunity to finally feel safe.
How to be Involved
Here’s how you can be involved:
- Pray for the camps, June 27 – August 21. We desperately need God’s blessing and provision.
- Camper Sponsorship – we estimate a cost of approximately $985 per camper to attend.
- Share this mission with others about this mission.
Serve Internationally
First Baptist Corsicana will work with Michael Gott International to send team members to help host the camp during the Summer. Anyone interested in more information can contact the church office.

Meditate on God’s Word
But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden statue you have set up.
Daniel 3:18
Giving
Why we give: Giving supports the ministries, outreach programs, and day‑to‑day operations of our church so that we can worship, disciple, serve, and reach others for Christ. Your generosity makes ministry possible.
We believe generous giving is part of faithful worship — an opportunity to partner in God’s work through our church. If you would like to give offerings or support our ministries, here are the ways you can contribute:
- In‑Person — You may drop your tithes or offerings in the offering box located outside the Sanctuary.
- Online — Prefer to give electronically? You can give securely through our website. Click on a button below.
- Text Giving — For convenience, giving by text is also available. Text “GIVE” to 903-467-5806 to give quickly and securely.
- Mail or Drop‑Off — If you prefer, you may mail your contribution to the Church Office or drop it off during office hours.
