Worship

A Word from the Pastor

Dear FBC Family,

What a day this is to come worship with brothers and sisters in Christ!  I pray you feel the JOY that comes from knowing Jesus.  I also pray you know one of the most burden- releasing, joy-giving, God-filled moments is when we confess sin and are offered forgiveness as well as when someone confesses sin to us and we are allowed to grant our forgiveness!  As the hymn says: “What can wash away my sin?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus!  What can make me whole again?  Nothing but the blood of Jesus!”  Hallelujah!  We don’t deserve forgiveness, but Jesus gives freely to all who repent and confess.  May we continue to allow confession, repentance, forgiveness, freedom, and joy to cover our congregation!

God is working in me and you,

Bus Ministry

There are two ways to help our bus ministry. First, you can drive a bus route. Second, you can pick someone up on your way to church. Don’t let the lack of transportation keep someone from experiencing the blessing of Christian fellowship. To help, contact the Church Office or Stan Osborne.

The next two Saturdays, March 23 and April 2nd, we would love all that have helped build our current home to come by and write scripture on the framework before the next phase of building.
