Prayer

Monday, May 3PRAYER

Father in Heaven Guide us as Your people to come together and pray. Forgive us for not uniting together in prayer. Turn our hearts to you this day. In the power of Jesus Christ. Amen! Hallelujah!

“So Solomon finished the house of the LORD and the king’s palace, and successfully completed everything that he had planned on doing in the house of the LORD and in his palace. Then the LORD appeared to Solomon at night and said to him, “I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place for Myself as a house of sacrifice. If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send a plague among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” ‭‭2 Chronicles‬ ‭7:11-14‬ ‭NASB

Tuesday, May 4PRAYER

“Listen to my prayer, God; And do not hide Yourself from my pleading.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭55:1‬ ‭NASB

Lord God help us as Your people to remember to ask for Your help. Just like we set aside a time for worship and a time for bible study. I know you want us to come together, bow our knees, listen and pray . Forgive us as Your church for our sins. Revive us again. Guide us down the path of righteousness for Your name sake. Spirit of Jesus Christ we unite to pray. Amen!

Wednesday, May 5PRAY TOGETHER

“Gather yourselves and come; Come together, you survivors of the nations! They have no knowledge, Who carry around their wooden idol And pray to a god who cannot save. Declare and present your case; Indeed, let them consult together. Who has announced this long ago? Who has long since declared it? Is it not I, the LORD? And there is no other God besides Me, A righteous God and a Savior; There is none except Me. Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; For I am God, and there is no other.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭45:20-22‬ ‭NASB

Thursday, May 6BE DEVOTED TO PRAYER

“All these were continually devoting themselves with one mind to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.” Acts‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭NASB

Friday, May 7 REJOICE

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench the Spirit, do not utterly reject prophecies, but examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good, abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it. Brothers and sisters, pray for us.” ‭‭ 1thessalonians‬ ‭5:16-25‬ ‭NASB

PRAY for each other! PRAY for all the ministers! PRAY for the salvation of others! PRAY for God’s help! PRAY for forgiveness! PRAY and LISTEN! Obedience!

Saturday, May 8 FAITH

“And Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen. And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:21-22‬ ‭NASB

Sunday, May 9PRAYER

“Always offering prayer with joy in my every prayer for you all, in view of your participation in the gospel from the first day until now. For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work among you will complete it by the day of Christ Jesus. For it is only right for me to feel this way about you all, because I have you in my heart, since both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers of grace with me. For God is my witness, how I long for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus. And this I pray, that your love may overflow still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, so that you may discover the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ; having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, for the glory and praise of God.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1:4-11‬ ‭NASB
