Our church supports missions through three annual offerings which strategically target efforts in Texas, North America, and the world.
Annie Armstrong

Step into the Story
“What a glorious thing it is to be a co-worker with God in winning the world for Christ.” – Annie Armstrong
Started in 1895 by Woman’s Missionary Union® (WMU), this annual offering supports the North American Mission Board (NAMB). Renamed in 1934 for Annie Armstrong, a pioneering missions leader, it has raised over $2 billion to fund missions across the U.S., Canada, and territories.
Annie Armstrong (1850–1938) was a bold Southern Baptist from Baltimore who organized women to pray, give, and serve despite limited opportunities for women in her time. She launched ministries for the poor, supported missionaries to immigrants and Native Americans, and refused a salary, declaring she’d never give God “that which costs me nothing” (2 Samuel 24:24). Her legacy inspires sacrificial missions today.
100% of gifts go directly to the field, training and resourcing over 3,000 missionaries and families for church planting, compassion ministries, and evangelism. Your giving plants churches, heals hurts, and shares the Gospel across North America.
Theme: “More Than A Gift”
Scripture: Ephesians 3:20-21 (CSB) – “Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us—to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
National Goal: $80 million (our church goal: $14,000). Every gift fuels eternal impact!
The official Week of Prayer for North American Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering is March 1–8, 2026 (first Sunday through second Sunday in March). This focused season includes daily prayers for missionaries, their families, and the people they serve.

Visit iamtexasmissions.org for prayer guides, stories of impact, and more ways to get involved. Your prayers and gifts are making an eternal difference in Texas!
Established in 1935 by Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) of Texas, this annual offering is named for Mary Hill Davis (WMU President 1906–1931), who inspired Baptist women to pray and give for Texas missions. It empowers state missions, with 100% of gifts supporting missionaries, ministries, and WMU efforts across Texas—our vast mission field.
Mary Hill Davis was a passionate leader who believed Texas needed the Gospel for all, including immigrants, orphans, schools, and retired pastors. Under her leadership, missions giving surged dramatically. After her death in 1934, the State Missions Offering was renamed in her honor to inspire continued sacrifice and service.
100% of gifts fund Texas missions in four focus areas (S.A.L.T.):
- Serve Ministries — Opening doors for Gospel sharing.
- Advance Missions Leadership — Equipping leaders to share Christ.
- Love the Least of These — Serving the overlooked (e.g., special needs, trafficking victims, single parents, poverty).
- Tell Ministries — Enabling bold witness and discipleship. Your gifts send missionaries and bring hope statewide.
Theme: “I am Texas Missions”
Scripture: Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV) – “Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations… And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’”
State Goal: $3.5 million (our church goal: $14,000). Every gift advances the Great Commission in Texas!
September 13-20, 2026.
This focused week encourages daily prayer, promotion, and giving.

Lottie Moon
“Why should we not … do something that will prove that we are really in earnest in claiming to be followers of him who, though he was rich, for our sake became poor?”
– Lottie Moon (1887)
This annual offering, started in 1888 and named in 1918 for missionary Lottie Moon, is Southern Baptists’ primary way to fund international missions through the International Mission Board (IMB). Inspired by her letters urging greater prayer and giving, it has enabled gospel outreach worldwide for over a century.
Charlotte Digges “Lottie” Moon (1840–1912) was a pioneering Southern Baptist missionary to China for nearly 40 years. A highly educated Virginian who committed her life to Christ in college, she labored tirelessly to share the Gospel, built trust in villages (earning the nickname “cookie lady” for tea cakes she baked for children), and wrote passionate letters home challenging churches to send more workers and support. She died on the field, sacrificially giving her all.
100% of every gift goes directly to the field—no administration costs deducted—supporting over 3,500 IMB missionaries and families. Funds cover salaries, housing, medical care, travel, and more, enabling church planting, evangelism, discipleship, and gospel transformation among unreached people groups worldwide.
Theme: Together
Together, we find the lost, give help to the hurting, share the hope of Christ, and witness God grow His Church around the world. Your generosity today changes lives.
National Goal: $210 million | Church Goal: $14,000 | Your gifts help reach billions with little or no Gospel access!
The Week of Prayer for International Missions is typically the first week of December. This focused season includes daily prayers for missionaries, global impact stories, and the people they serve—perfect for church emphasis during Advent.
Gifts accepted year-round:
