Reflection

What are the most important values in your life right now? If you can’t name them, you won’t be able to live by them. Before you go one more day, you need to sit down and ask, “What’s most important to me?” If you don’t choose your values, then the world will choose them for you. Decide how you want to live your life. Will it be built on integrity, humility, and generosity? Or will it be built on envy, pride, and selfishness?

Scripture Memory

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

Matthew 28.19-20

First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

1 Timothy 2.1-4
