Children’s Ministry News
This month we are learning about compassion in Sunday School by caring for other people. FBC wants all kids to know that we care about them and we are excited to have them be a part of our church and service. We will be having Cultivate and SHOUT choir on Wednesday, where we hope to show kids more about what’s in God’s word and what it means to care for others all over the world! Be sure to come out and see what’s going on and have some fun.
Also, we have set dates for some of our Summer Activities:
FROG Camp (K-2nd grade): June 13-16
Preteen Camp (3rd-6th grade): June 27-30
VBS/VBX (K-6th grade): July 17-21
Student Ministry News
Where do we think we get the right to judge someone else? We judge people all the time on their life choices, the clothes they wear, their hobbies, or anything else. God gives us life, but He doesn’t give us the right to judge someone. He is the Ultimate Judge who has the only right to judge anyone. But does this judgment mean that God does not love us? His judgment does not rain down on us in a harsh way, but is there for our safety. Come to EDGE, bring a friend and find out more!
Beloved Ladies Ministry
Our Beloved Ladies Ministry will host a Craft Night with Margie Watkins this Thursday. If you plan to attend, register today so that we will have plenty of supplies. The craft will be a spring wall hanger. We will also have a light potluck dinner. Childcare is available. For more information contact Victoria Bailey.
